My career in recruitment began at a boutique agency, eventually progressing to the largest Australian and then the world’s largest recruitment agencies, where I honed my skills in managing large accounts, government contracts, and developing stringent recruitment processes.
My journey took a personal turn with the birth of my children, Eva and Gracie, which introduced me to the challenges of work-life balance, leading me to part-time work and involvement in my husband’s Financial Planning firm. These experiences culminated in the founding of Advice2talent.
